Ki Development involves exercises to coordinate your mind and body to achieve your strongest state and include breathing and meditation exercises.
Students learn and practice how to move correctly or maintain their position while maintaining a strong natural posture, a relaxed centered body and a calm mind.
Self – defense Technique
Technique involves responses to one or more attackers.
Self-defense is achieved by reducing the power of the attacker, moving to the attackers’ blind or weak spot, leading them off balance and either administering a wrist or arm lock or throwing them off.
